This was our first time in Cancun Mexico and we had picked Hyatt Ziva and it was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend visiting or picking this place.

Appearance of the Resort

Absolutely stunning! What more can we say, the views are breathtaking and the location is a modern luxury aesthetic. We love the fact there are multiple cascading pools and two private beaches, the resort’s appearance is one of sophisticated, sun-drenched elegance. We highly go see for youself and soak in that amazing sun.

There are about 17 restaurants and bars. We found the food quality was good for an all-inclusive and our favorite were the steak. However, the true highlight is Casa del Café, a superior coffee shop where the specialty drinks—especially the amazing coffee frap—are a must-try. This café becomes a beloved spot for guests seeking a perfect daily treat on a hot day. We were only able to try a few restaurants, but see images below.
Activities and Things to do

In terms of activities, there were many available for an additional cost, such as tours and excursions outside the resort. Water activities which you could rent, like dolphin swimming and jet skiing, were also available. However, they also had other activities that were included in the resort, such as painting, daily entertainment performances, and movies. We enjoyed the cabanas, where we could sit and relax on the beach. It was really cool to see someone also getting married nearby as well on the resort.
Conclusion
We found Hyatt Ziva one of the best resorts we had been to. We loved the views and the food, and we enjoyed the walkways and the coffee frap was highly addicting.
