We loved Ginza so much we decided to go back multiple times to the Ginza District. We highly recommend going to visit all of the places below. Ginza is only a 2min subway from Tokyo Station and a 15min walk.

Ginza Chandelier Sky
We were captivated by the Ginza Chandelier Sky, an architectural marvel offering stunning views of the upscale Ginza district. It is located on the 7th floor of the Ginza Mitsukoshi Department Store. It has an open, modern design provides a unique point to admire the vibrant city lights below.
Hibiya Central Market (Top Floor Garden)
Hibiya Central Market or Tokyo Midtown Hibiya is a stylish hub of shops and eateries, but its true gem is the Top Floor Garden. This serene rooftop oasis offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city, complete with lush greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. It can be found somehere near the top floor and is a simple door exit entrance. It is a greaat place to rest and enjoy the view.
Uniqlo Ginza
The Uniqlo Ginza store is an impressive sight, spanning an incredible 12 floors of fashion. We loved Uniqlo so much we went back almost daily on our trip. They had a designs where they had multiple hanging clothes swinging back and forth. It’s a massive flagship where you can find an exhaustive range of Uniqlo’s innovative and stylish apparel. We also recommend going to Guu located anywhere in Japan.
OK Ginza Grocery Store
We were pleasantly surprised by OK Ginza Grocery Store, finding it a rare gem for affordable necessities amidst Ginza’s high-end boutiques. They had super affordable drinks to hot foods and we highly recommend OK Ginza compared to other shops. It’s a practical stop for snacks, drinks, and everyday items at budget-friendly prices.
The Giant Ghibli Clock
We made sure to visit The Giant Ghibli Clock, a whimsical masterpiece designed by Hayao Miyazaki himself. We went on a weekend at slightly before 12PM. There were locals and tourist quitely waiting for the clock to strike 12pm. We loved how the clock comes alive with enchanting animations and was shocked to see characters move and chime is a truly magical experience for fans of Studio Ghibli and curious visitors alike.

We were dazzled by Ginza’s Chandelier Sky and the massive Uniqlo Ginza, while the magical Giant Ghibli Clock was a whimsical highlight, making our Ginza district truly memorable. We highly recommend going to these places and enjoy the wonders of Ginza District.
